Flat Fee MLS - NO HIDDEN FEES
- You pay a one time, flat listing fee instead of a listing commission to list in the same MLS that all real estate agents use. Your listing will be uploaded to 100s of sites including Realtor.com and will last for one year
- You can price your home more competitively because you are only paying a buyer's agent commission, not a listing commission. You won't pay any commission if you sell as a for sale by owner, fsbo.
- You choose the price of your home and have control over all the marketing, showings and offers. You know your property best so why not be the one to sell it.
- You choose the commission you are willing to pay a buyer's agent when you complete the MLS Forms. You only pay the commission if you accept an offer from the agent who brings you an acceptable offer.
- If you find a buyer not working with an agent, you may sell to that buyer, for sale by owner and not pay any commission.
- Your property will post to internet sites, such as Realtor.com, MSN.com, Yahoo.com, & 100S of real estate company websites.
