What is included in the flat fee MLS Program?
The $399 - MLS Entry Only (Limited Service-Multiple Listing Advertising Service)
Includes the following:
- Listing in the Multiple Listing Service that covers your island for up to one year
- Unlimited changes to your listing
- Brokerage For Sale Sign and a blank rider for your phone number
- Photo gallery - photos provided by seller (maximum photos vary by MLS)
- Listing on Realtor.com with one photo (4 photos will be posted on Realtor.com after Sept. 08)
- Listing on FlatList.com and hundreds real estate websites
- All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided
- Unlimited Open house postings in the MLS - NO CHARGE!
