Cancellation Policy

Upon submitting your flat fee listing order, you must complete the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) forms which will include the instructions in order for your listing to be activated in the MLS. These forms will be emailed to you from the Affiliate Broker we use that belongs to the MLS that services the county your property is located.  The listing fee is refundable up until the time you provide us with the completed MLS forms for input.  Once we receive your completed and signed MLS forms, the flat listing fee then becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.  You may make changes and/or modify your MLS listing at anytime without charge once your property is listed.  You may remove your listing from the MLS at anytime without charge, however, your flat listing fee is non-refundable.  You will receive instructions on modifying your listing once the listing is activated.  You may list your property in the MLS for an unlimited amount of time.
