- You pay a flat listing fee from $299 instead of a listing commission to list in the same MLS that all real estate agents use. You pay no additional fees to the listing office. We are a licensed brokerage in Washington and will list your property in the appropriate MLS for your locations. Your listing will look the same as any other listing.
- Assistance with offers: If you want us to help you with your offers when an agent is representing the buyer, we will do so for $950 at close of escrow, regardless of the price of the property. This is an option you can choose on your listing forms but is NOT required.
- You can price your home more competitively because you are only paying a buyer's agent commission, not a listing commission. Price determines market time and stats show a well priced home will sell closer to list price.
- You choose the price of your home and have control over all the marketing, showings and offers.
- You choose the commission you are willing to pay a buyer's agent who brings you an acceptable offer. Somewhere between 2 and 3 % of sales price is recommended but you decide. All agents in the MLS will see the commission you are offering prior to showing the property to their buyer.
- If you find a buyer not working with an agent, you may sell to that buyer and not pay any commission "for sale by owner" and you will save a bundle. We forward all buyer leads from the internet or phone to you so you aren't competing with us for the sale.
- Your property will post to 100s of internet sites, such as Realtor.com, MSN.com, Yahoo.com, Remax, Coldwell Banker and many more. You get the ultimate internet exposure, plus the Realtor's MLS while retaining the right to sell on your own.
- No more waiting for your listing agent to give you feedback on showings - you can call the buyer's agent to find out what their buyer thought immediately after the showing. Electronic lockboxes are available that track who comes and goes for security purposes.
The Multiple Listing Service, flat fee listing is now available nationwide through FlatList.com for your house, townhome, multi-family, condo or land. You will also be listed on REALTOR.com� and your property will also be posted on many other heavy traffic Internet real estate sites such as as Remax.com, Century21.com, Coldwell Banker Bain and more. We always email you ALL buyer leads that contact us. Our sellers reserve the right to sell FSBO, and in such event, you pay no commssion. Your home will be listed in the real estate multiple listing service (MLS) & REALTOR.com� by a state licensed & regulated real estate agent for a one-time low Flat Fee, - NO HIDDEN FEES.
