Your payment of $299 gives you:

• Real Estate Listing in the Realtor's Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for one year
• 10 Photos that you provide will be uploaded to the MLS
• All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided
• Realtor.com Listing with four photos
• Listing on Remax.com, c21.com, coldwellbanker.com,yahoo.com, msn.com and many more sites
• Signage, flyer boxes, lock boxes, etc. available from the Broker at time of listi

 IMPORTANT:  Alabama is a minimum service state, which means that the Dept. of Licensing requires the
broker that lists your property, assist in all transactions and negotiations on behalf of the seller.
Thus, you will be charged 1/2% at closing in addition to the flat listing fee of $299 paid upon listing.
If you do not want to pay the 1/2% at closing, PLEASE DO NOT sign up for the flat fee MLS.

After you have placed your MLS listing order, please check your email for the MLS listing forms and instructions from

our Licensed Affiliate Alabama Broker.  You will be listed in the MLS that covers the county your property is located.
