$299 Flat Listing Fee to list in your local MLS in ARKANSAS
Flat Fee Listing Includes the following:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for one year 
• 10 Photos in your MLS listing 
• All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided
• Realtor.com Listing with four photos
• MLS Lock Boxes in some areas are available, FOR FREE
• Broker support with offers, counter-offers, inspections, etc. included (see Important note below)
  
  IMPORTANT: Arkansas now is a Mandatory mininum service state, which means that the state requires that the broker
  be available to assist the seller with offers,counter-offers, etc.  Thus, a .5% will be charged to seller at the closing of escrow
  by the affiliate broker.  This is IN ADDITION to the commissino that is offered to the Buyer's agent (if sold by an agent) and the
  flat listing fee paid at the time of listing. DO not place your order unless you agree to the .5% at closing. Example: If your
  property is $200,000, then you would payt $1000 to the listing broker from your closing proceeds.
  The .5% is only paid if a sale is successfully closed and is paid from the proceeds from the sale.
