The $299 Flat Fee Listing Includes the following:

• Listing in the Multiple Listing Service for one year
• Ten Photos with your listing on the Multiple Listing Service
• All required state and federal Seller disclosure forms provided
• Realtor.com Listing with four photos
• FREE, unlimited changes to your listing (price, information, photos, etc.)
• Your listing will appear on hundreds of real estate websites
  

When you list your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), your listing will be displayed on hundreds of

public real estate websites that show MLS listings.  In addition, you will be on the Realtor's local MLS so agents will know that

you are willing to pay a buyer's agent a commission if they bring you a buyer and you accept an offer from them. 

We suggest you offer two or three percent commission to the buyer's agent, but its up to you.  You will have the opportunity

to write the commission on your forms when you are providing the information on your property to place on the MLS.
