What to Expect After Submitting Your MLS Forms

  

 

1)  After you pay for your Flat Fee MLS listing and fax or email your MLS forms, we will input your listing within one business day.  If you send them before 12:00 pm, it will go into the MLS the same day.

 

2)  We will email you a copy of your MLS listing so that you can review it and make any changes/corrections.  Along with this email, there will be a change form, all the required disclosure statements, counter-offer addendum so you can respond to offers and further instructions for changing your listing, adding open houses, etc.

 

3)  Your listing will be listed for one year or until sold or is cancelled, whichever occurs first.

 

4)  We will mail out a professional for sale sign with a blank rider for you to place your phone number.  The sign does not includes stakes.  You will be responsible for posting it on the property.  You should remove any "fsbo" signs so there is no confusion.

 

5) All buyer calls and/or emails we receive on your property, we forward to your email so you can sell the property yourself.  Please check your emails frequently, as that is how most of our communication is delivered.  Please go to AdvertiseFSBO.com to place your property info. and contact info. for extra exposure.

 

6)  When you accept an offer, either from an agent or from a buyer not working with an agent, please notify us within one business day by sending the change form so that we can update the MLS.

 

7)  You may cancel your MLS listing at anytime without charge.  If you cancel the listing and decide to re-list the property with us, you can do so for $199 within six months of the cancellation.
